MEETING AND RESOURCE ROOM:

We have a meeting and resource room available to representatives of voluntary and community groups and individual volunteers containing a wide range of informative literature which may be of help. This room is also available to local businesses.

The room is available to hire Monday to Friday (times are available upon request).

The meeting room can be used for small meetings / training events – flip chart, projector and internet access is on hand and use of the kitchen and other facilities on request.

The Meeting Room is let on an hourly basis and is available for up to a maximum of 12 people at a time.

There are three charging rates:
a) Members b) Non Members and c) Business

Charges per hour:

Member £ 7.50 (ask about becoming a Company Member)
Non Member £10.50
Business £20.00

Special rates may be available for extended periods.

Extra facility hire charges:

Tea & Coffee 30p per person
Tea, Coffee & Biscuits 50p per person
Fruit juice £1 per jug
Flip chart, paper and pens, projector and screen £5 (inclusive)
Photocopies 20p per sheet to Non-members.
